Jansen was extremely thorough and very quick in their evaluation of our property after being damaged by a tornado. They were always responsive and helpful throughout the process of getting our claim settled. The staff was friendly and made the process easily navigable with their professionalism and excellent recommendations. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Jansen by a co-worker after a water line on my upstairs toilet busted. It flooded my house! My insurance company tried to send out their preferred contractor to get me to agree to let them completely tear my house apart without even giving me an estimate, or any idea of how long the project would take. I called Leonard and his team stepped in and made sure I didn’t get taken for a ride. Hopefully I don’t have an insurance claim in the future; but if I do, I’ll be calling Leonard before I do anything else. I love his timely,honest, and unbiased advice and I highly recommend Leonard and his team. Thank you Leonard for your help in our difficult time.

After a fire, we hired Jansen to assist us with our claim. Then did a very complete inventory of our personal property, better than I could have done. If you have to deal with an insurance claim, hire Jansen, it was the best decision we made.

If you ever, ever have to file a homeowners claim with your insurance company, contact Jansen Adjusters International first! Don't wait and see. I highly recommend Jansen Adjusters International, specifically Michael Stolp and Arthur Jansen, Jr. We would have been lost without them. They handled everything in a professional manner and went above and beyond to help us through the process and to get us the maximum return for our damages. If it hadn't been for Arthur Jansen, Jr, Michael Stolp and Jansen Adjusters International, we would still be waiting for our insurance company to settle our claim for a lot less money.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ed McMahan of Jansen Adjusters Intl today. My claim was too small to make getting an adjuster worth the while. However, the conversation with Mr. McMahan was extremely informative. He was very patient and answered, in great detail, my list of general insurance questions. He gave me great advice about what to look for when seeking insurance and dealing with insurance companies. I am definitely a more educated consumer now.
