In September 2023 a severe storm came through Mesa, AZ. Which later found out was a tornado. It had hit us and caused severe damage to our home and pool and landscaping. Well the insurance company tired to deny the claim. I called Skipton and spoke to a Brittney who had gone through the same storm due to living near by. She sold me on the company. Then came out Alana Love and Ron Taylor to look at the house and give us an estimate I thought. Well they all went above and beyond to help us get this claim done. It took almost a year to settle with Allstate. If it had not been for Ron Taylor Especially and the whole team it would have never got done and we would still be fighting today. I would without a doubt recommend them. Even if I did see eye to eye with them on an issue or anything with the claim. They always were there to answer to our calls and help us understand and calm us down. it has been a long year so far to finally be getting started to repair our home and our lives is a breath of air. We owe a big thanks to Ron Taylor and Skipton and Associates for the hard work.

A few months after buying our new home, we had a water leak and was dealing with our insurance for the first time. At the start of dealing with our insurance, we realized that the money that they are planning to give us towards construction will not even cover the construction.

We called a few Public Adjusters, most of them simply did not return our call in a timely manner. However skipton claims management did! Justin was on top of our case from beginning to end. And I only have positive words to say about the experience.

I can’t say enough about the level of service Justin Skipton and his team at Skipton & Associates are able to provide. On two separate occasions, they were able to assist my family in getting us substantially higher claims paid out over what my insurance company had offered. In one instance, we came home from a vacation to a nightmare that occurred when a connection on our washing machine broke and flooded our newly remodeled downstairs. Justin went over our policy and broke down the recent upgrades line by line ensuring we were accurately reimbursed and able to repair our home to the level it was before the incident. Another time, we had what we thought was severe roof damage from a monsoon storm. Our insurance companies people looked at the roof and assessed mostly surface damages. We again consulted Justin and he had one of his guys come out and look at the roof, actually going up on it!, but also examined the attic area thoroughly documenting everything. Again they were able to negotiate to my benefit, allowing us to repair the roof correctly not just the most expedient way. Thanks Skipton

We would like to say, Abram Ellsworth, a Skipton and Associates employee who did the impossible, He took our family under his wings, and he had compassion, and added comfort in, understanding in what we were going through. He had to coordinate meetings with our large family (Dad, Mom, 5 children ages 7yrs -26yrs) two in collage, one with autism. we moved out of our damaged home, then to a hotel, then a rental home during the holidays, and back to our under construction home. “My home was devastated by a huge storm in the fall of 2014. A giant cactus fell on our house, hail punctured our roof and water poured through the ceilings. I first tried to work with my insurance company adjuster but was shocked when they only paid me $1,800. How was that going to fix the extensive damages? I turned to Skipton and Associates for help.
