In January 2023, we contacted Jordan to help us with our "small" Hail/Ice/water/wind damage roof claim, as we were getting no where with the Allstate adjusters who wanted to patch our roof. Jordan was able to identify additional damages, and negotiate over the course of several months (18), full coverage for our complete roof replacement and for the multiple areas inside our home that had been damaged. Our small claim exceeded $100k. His patience, and industry relationships were key, in addition to his knowledge of the laws as applicable to our situation. This was not an instantaneous process be any means. We would have had to hire an attorney, had it not been for Jordan's help. He was a pleasure to work with. I filed a claim for major wind damage on my roof. Jordan was assigned to my case and did an amazing job! Allstate's initial offer was $4000 to "fix" my roof. After several months of negotiating with Allstate to obtain what was legally owed me, Jordan was able to get Allstate to award me $17,800 to replace my entire roof! Without Jordan's incredible knowledge and experience in obtaining what is legally owed, I would have ended up with a "fix" vs a full replacement. I am so grateful I was able to connect with Hayley with Capstone claims. My basement flooded due to a clogged drained. At one point I felt overwhelmed with my situation and I believe God used her to encourage me, she was very proactive and helped me keep on pushing through!
