I like to plan but not only to plan myself but to validate my plans with others. Doing so always results in learning new things. So when I was entering retirement, like most people, I wanted to make sure what I was doing was right. But the problem is, who can you trust? I've worked with planners, brokers and general thieves in the past so I knew the potential problems. From the get go, I knew they were experts. But I also knew that they had my interests in mind as well.
