This is my first homeowners policy. I have to say, when I got on the various websites for insurance agencies, I was lost. I had no idea there were SOOOO MANY insurance companies. I guess the possibility to experience EVERYTHING in the world and life is lots harder than people make it seem. Nevertheless, Jacob was given ONE JOB, and it shows that doing one particular thing and becoming VERY effective and efficient at it makes for a seamless experience. Overall, this being my first time working with a broker for ANYTHING, it really wasn’t as bad or as hard as I thought it would be. A few days later, Jacob contacted me with the LOWEST HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE POLICY QUOTE that I NEVER thought would be possible to attain on my behalf. He knows how to get things done, and I’m sure the other staff are just as knowledgeable because it takes teamwork to make the dream work! Thank you professional people that you are!

During a week where the new car glow was overshadowed by stresses on the school and work front outside of my control and duties as a care taker were undoubtedly taking their toll, Jacob delivered exceptional service and my new auto policy within 36 hours. Worst experience ever. Agent said (and wrote) many times he would take care of issue that was and error on his part. It has been 6 months and he still has done nothing. The insurance company has sent me a certified letter to cancel my policy that I paid in full for. The insurance company tells me I have to go through my agent but my agent says he's taking care of it when he's not. This is a HUGE liability!
Update:
I received a call from The Garzella Group on 8-17-23 stating that he would be following up with agent (David) and would get back to me on Monday 8-21-23 to resolve issue. That never happened! Guess the whole The Garzella Group is unethical and corrupt.
Our insurance is going to be terminated on August 30th when the bill was paid in full until 10-10-23.
Fair warning that they talk the talk to get your business, but after you sign and pay they want nothing to do with you!

I've been a client of Garzella Group since 2013 and they have been great to work with - always professional and quickly respond to calls and emails! When you get Auto and Home Owners Insurance you hope to never actually have to use it, but unfortunately I've had a few of those not so pleasant events take place over the years. The team at Garzella Group has been wonderful in helping me navigate these stressful of situations. I have recently worked with Corbin to update my policies after getting married as well as renewing my policies for the upcoming year. He was very responsive and took it upon himself to shop the market and make sure I was getting the best price available. In doing this he is saving me a ton of money and gave me the reassurance that the service would not change when switching companies. OMG! Emma Smith is the best! She is so kind, patient and professional.
I had a ton of questions, and she had a ton of answers. I am extremely pleased with how thorough she was ensuring that I received the right amount of Home and Auto coverage.

I had Garzella source my latest home, auto and umbrella policies 2 yrs ago after switching over from many yrs with State Farm and have been very impressed and pleased with the support I've gotten in that process. The new policies have some features that help incent and enable me to drive my premiums even lower which was a nice surprise. Have referred them to several friends who have had similar positive experience over the past 12 months.
