Devoted has always been great until I looked at 2025 plan. Benefits have been slashed! Especially vision and dental. Devoted has seen the last of me.

We have had this insurance policy for 2 years. Everything was great until my husband needed some special equipment.The DME that they contract is impossible to work with and they have caused our family Dr much unnessary work. This has been going on for 3 months and during that time my poor husband has endured all test required. I will not go into the stress they have put us through.I have tried to understand and be patient however I have run out. I am going to contact the State Health Department. If you have had trouble with the DME Integrated I would like to hear your troubles.

Their DME guidelines are impossible and so are Devoted Health employees.
The 2025 plan has slashed and removed benefits to where it's no longer a benefit!
