Dan is scum of the insurance industry, showed up to my house after a flood and showed zero compassion or empathy for the situation. Was done his inspection within a few minutes and was pretty rude to both myself and the restoration guy on site. Doesn’t have any idea what he’s talking about with doing next to no actual research into what could have been the problem. Took a statement from me and within 20 minutes had called me back to let me know that the root of the problem wasn’t covered under insurance. Extremely unprofessional and truly gives the greasy insurance agent feel when he is a guest in your house. Would give zero stars if available.

I would give negative stars if Google would allow. This is a sad excuse for a company. Paul is uncommunicative and unprofessional. At this point, we are almost 9 months into a rebuild of a small building that had a fire contained to one bedroom and it is still not done. Most of the damage was smoke damage and water from the firefighters. Whole buildings are built from the ground up in less time. Paul does not communicate with insurance companies and does not follow up. Do NOT expect anything to happen in a timely matter. Especially payments. Invoices have been submitted and no response from Paul, never mind payment. He will deflect and blame insurance companies and contractors for his incompetence. He doesn’t do the job he was hired to do.

The absolute worst company in Canada. My store flooded in Decemeber it's September and I still haven't gotten a cheque. However, if I would have used the person they suggested I use it would have been done immediately and paid out. Their guy was also charging twice as much as I got my work done, which is suspect. They lie saying a check is on the way, that someone will call but no one ever does. Use any other company than this.
