I would give 5 stars if I have Andreea worked on my case from the beginning!

My claim was about a communal soil pipe leak in my flat, which happened in 2023’s summer. I was referred to Oakleafe from another company.

When first engaged with Oakleafe, they came onsite to understand everything and arranged the onsite with adjustor quickly. Then it got into long waiting time, and I had to chase them to get updates and sometimes they are hard to get hold of. This lasted till June this year (2024), and they changed to another person before this as well, which moved the case a little bit.

Since Andreea took over my case from June 2024, things speeded up as she is very communicative and proactive with my case. She is also very informative and responsive when I had concerns and questions, which I really appreciate! The adjustor from the insurance side has been really difficult to deal with, but Andreea handled it well and kept me updated every step of the way. Finally my case was settled in Sept and got my final payout on 1st Oct, and the flat refurbishment finally started as well.

It’s more than a year to get to this point, and the whole thing caused me so much distress and anxiety, but I’m glad now it’s all done, and I’m looking forward to the new refurbished flat which I can call a home.

I cannot recommend Oakleafe enough. I had a pipe burst in my house, which flooded the whole of our downstairs. All of our furniture and carpet was ruined. I was panicking because I didn't know what to do. I found Oakleafe's number online and called, and Dean came out to us the next day. He took over straight away and dealt with our insurance company. He did it all for us, from phone calls to meetings, and kept us informed the whole way through, we were fully supported and he was very professional. We were extremely happy with our settlement.
