I typically talk to Rosie but everyone in the office is helpful, knowledgeable, personable and overall great. I highly recommend this office. Brad Siok team has been very attentive and responsive for everything I requested or amended in a timely manner and always in great spirit over the phone! I was also very pleased as all I had was a low great rate auto policy and treated as if I was just as important as others with much larger accounts with State Farm. Bravo! Updating from my original review which boasted about one of the agents, Michelle who claimed to help me lower my bill by getting me an additional policy and helping me sign up for the Drive Safe and Save program. Well turns out the numbers she gave me were incorrect and when I sent an email asking about the price jump from the first month of the new billing, she called me just to tell me that “her numbers were correct” and she wasnt sure where I was getting my numbers from. I tried asking her questions and she rushed me off the phone. When I tried getting her to stay on the line to answer my questions she said “youre being rude” and hung up the phone on me. HA! What an unprofessional and rude person. I would NOT recommend this agency due to their lying and disrespect. I attached my original review below which I will now be removing.

I have been looking to get better rates for a longggg time! And after 2 accidents in 2 years it’s been impossible, but FINALLY someone was able to help me! So if you’re in a similar situation I HIGHLY recommended using this office and specifically working with Andrew, I’m sure everyone is awesome as well just haven’t had the pleasure of working with them, but my guy Andrew literally helped me over & above, answered my 101 questions & concerns, taught me stuff other places never even mentioned or maybe didn’t even know & like I mentioned helped me save 1/2 of what I’ve been paying for the last 2.5 yrs! Had he not called me I would’ve still paid Geico’s crazy rates for less coverage & lesser customer service! Andrew you’re the MAN! And I’m beyond grateful for your professionalism, genuine care & kindness!
