I'm writing this review to commend Citywide Public Adjusters for their assistance in helping us to resolve a homeowner's claim with Allstate Insurance Company. We were initially rejected by Allstate for this claim and we then contacted Citywide to assist us. They were able to get the claim reopened.

We were very impressed with the Citywide President Harry Kantor and all of their staff that we worked with. Each person was very knowledgeable regarding the claims process and very cordial and personable when we dealt with them. We were kept informed of the claim status during the entire time we worked with them. We highly recommend using their service based on their overall knowledge and proven track record of success.

Citiwide Public Adjusters is the company to turn to, if you have need a public adjuster. This company was phenomenal in all aspects of communication and referrals. I had a water main meter valve break in my home which, resulted in almost 24 hours of water running into my basement. I called Citiwide Public Adjusters late Saturday night and my call was returned immediately the next day. I scheduled for them to come out and assess the situation and not even an hour later I had a company scheduled to come out and begin the process of cleaning up. Citiwide Public Adjusters dealt with every aspect of my homeowners insurance and seeing to it that the claim was well suited to cover damages and the personal property that we lost due to the water. This company has been around for a very long time and has established excellent rapport with both their clients and the companies that they deal with. They took the headache of my problem and dealt with it. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, knowledge of their business services and how I was treated as a client. Trust me, you will be satisfied with all they do. I just want to add, their fee is unbelievably reasonable. I couldn’t be more grateful and satisfied with Citiwide and the great company they sent to do the cleanup. I know there is one review on here that is a little questionable, don’t let that stop you from contacting Citiwide Public Adjusters the honest, hard working reliable public adjuster that works for you and puts you the client first! Couldn't have been more professional and thorough. Citiwide knows what they are doing and I would highly recommend them. Just a note, it took a while to resolve but not at Citiwides fault. My insurance dragged their feet, Harry was on it every step of the way, so lease be patient. Insurance companies are doing everything not to pay, and Citiwide knows how to get them to pay. Contacted Citiwide based on good google reviews. Had several phone and email conversations with a man named Dean that made it sound like this would be an easy process to negotiate with my insurance company as they had worked with them quite a bit in the past. Insisted I meet with him myself at my home and then didn't actually bring anyone to do any assessment of the damage and wasn't interested in seeing it. Tried to quote me a ridiculously high rate and tell me that it will be a lot of work for them and they might not get paid. Don't waste your time like I did. I never write google reviews but I was livid after the experience with this man. I lost a day of work for nothing. Find someone else.

It wouldn't let me reply to YOUR reply on my review so I'll give you another one. Dean certainly did NOT see all the damages as some were upstairs and he had issues with his foot and he didn't want to go up there to see them. I made him go in the back yard to see some of the outside damages to the home. He knew I had already contacted the insurance company from the start and he had that estimate before he came out. He was over 35 minutes late for the appointment, which I was pretty gracious about since I had been up since 5am, with 2 hours of sleep, and drove 4.5 hours to be there early to meet him at the time HE requested at noon on a Saturday. The conversation at my home could have easily been a phone call or email. If your original rate is 32% (I was quoted 35%), then I think you should let people know that. It isn't even the rate that bothers me as much as the bait and switch, the lack of professionalism, and lack of concern for my personal time. Dean had already told me how easy this would be to resolve, and that he often works with my insurance company, and they tend to be very responsive. I'm not sure if you had all this information available to you while writing your reply to my review. I wanted you to know what really happened, and the used car salesman vibe that the entire interaction brought.

I had a PowerSurge at my home and my insurance company was giving me trouble with payment for the claim. I called Citiwide to hlep me out and dealt with Harry. He was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. He answered all my questions throughout the process and fought the good fight to help me get money towards my repairs.
