Took the stressful part out of the equation and communicated with insurance company and was so thorough with explaining how the process would work. Answer phone calls emails very promptly. All appointments were scheduled around our busy schedule which made it convenient to move the process forward in a timely manner. Unfortunately we had a repair in the past and I wish we used them because between the two companies it was night and day. They did a really great Job, a tree fell on my roof and through my gate, They came and saw damage reported it to insurance company properly. Got the tree chopped down, and cleaned it up. They also patched my roof until I did the proper repairs. And most importantly they got me the best repair rate back from the insurance company. They were easy to stay in contact with and pleasant to work with.
