My experience with Taylor Street has been very positive. They sold several of my properties with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Based on prior experiences, I was not anticipating the higher level of service I experienced with Taylor Street. Our broker, Andy Burnett, spent hours crafting detailed financial and marketing materials on our behalf. But Andy went above and beyond the standard services that brokers typically provide. He was at our properties on a regular basis facilitating various meetings with vendors that needed to occur in order to get the sales over the finish line. He even did some hands on work himself, something that is the responsibility of the owner, yet he took the initiative to handle every detail without being asked, and even "got his hands dirty" when the situation called for it. Thank you to Taylor Street and Andy for a job well done.

I loved living at a Taylor Street Property Management community. The office staff is helpful and maintenance staff is great. I appreciate paying less for not having an on-site office and some of those “luxury” amenities. I even referred a friend to live at a community managed by Taylor Street Property Management and they love it too!

Zero stars!they are refusing to refund my deposit supposedly to Replace 2 missing closet doors, drywall repairs, touch up paint through out, replace missing fan globes, replace 6 missing blinds, clean house for a total of $2,013.00. I will absolutely not be held responsible since these were not in the home when I moved in. These people will steal from you and not even probably an itemized list of deductions from deposit. I have a copy of the video I received in the walk through from realty company-Nicolas on January 2020. Clearly there is no blinds, missing closet door already and fan globes are in same place(water heater closet)since I moved in. Issue after issue with these people, work orders go ignored! Me and my daughter spent months with no heater in the winter. Stove didn’t work all year during my lease and as I am moving out they want to fix it! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will take legal action until these people are held accountable.Obviously they are retaliating because of all of my complaints now they want me to pay for the HVAC sytem that had to be repaired due to old age! And still ask if I will renew my lease?!? im so glad I moved out, save yourselves the headache and do business with professionals.

I am currently looking for a home in Arizona and I’ve looked at several reality’s thus far. Out of the hundreds of realtors I know that Taylor Street Realty will not be getting my business. I don’t know how one company could employ someone who spews hate on social media. I came across some comments made by Rissa Wagner on a public post that I thought was very distasteful, rude, and hurtful. We are entitled to our opinion however spewing hate about someone’s body image is not a quality I think a realtor should have.

Awful awful awful! Broken AC, black mold and on top of that they don’t answer or return phone calls. I subletting an apartment, and was trying to get a lease into my name but they wouldn’t talk to me bc i wasn’t on the lease. After many phone calls and voice messages I got no response. Lastly, we (the tenants) went through four different managers since October, don’t use them!
