We have several accounts through Crest, business and personal insurance. Chris who handles our business and medical and Yvonne who takes care of our home, auto, boat, RV are both very professional, responsive and great at what they do! We are so satisfied and happy we have moved everything into their hands. We are not the "big guys" with lots of money but every interaction makes me feel like a VIP.

Very disappointed with my service from Patrick, he lied multiple times and never did anything or came thru with anything he said he was gonna do. I wouldn’t suggest to work with Patrick by any means. I also wasn’t impressed with Crest for the 4 years with them, had a new agent/account manager every year, they also referred to a 1 star rating insurance company. Which was a nightmare to work with, beware.

I had Crest from 2017 until moving out of state this year, in 2021. Gary from Crest was always a pleasure to work with, and helped me get affordable car insurance as a young person at a time when the major insurance companies (*cough the ones with the talking animals and the friendly neighbor talk*) couldn't get me anything remotely affordable. I'm forever grateful to Gary and the folks at Crest, and would recommend them to anyone looking for competitive rates and top notch service with a personal touch.

Crest Insurance sold us duplicate coverage and then when we discovered it and decided to change insurance brokers, they took 8 months to refund our money--and that only happened because I began to threaten legal action. There is a severe lack of integrity with this firm.
