I had a heck of a time getting a hold of the health insurance marketplace to let them know I wouldn't be needing them for next year. Their website and "customer service" was clunky and backed up for hours. I was getting nowhere. I found Monica online, called her, let her know my issue, and she worked FAST to connect me to the right person. I'm not a client of hers, and she knew she wouldn't be making any money from my request, yet she made me feel like I was priority #1 of her day, jumped through all the right hoops, and fixed my problem.
