We moved to AL just over 2 years ago, and based on a recommendation from our family who already lives here, we went to Mark Mitchell State Farm Agency for our builder's risk/homeowner's insurance. We have worked with Regina Payne the whole time, and she is awesome! She's kept us in the loop through our house build, and been quick to answer questions and return calls. It's so nice to have an agent that you don't dread dealing with...and in this case, I actually look forward to talking with her.

I recently had to change insurance companies due to State Farm’s higher prices, but I did have a good experience with them while I was insured with them. My brother committed suicide in July of last year, and they sent me a letter giving their condolences and everyone signed it. I was definitely shocked when I received the letter, and I have no idea how they found out, but it was very thoughtful of them and I’ll always respect them for that. If you can afford their insurance, I would absolutely recommend this location. I would also like to mention that every time I had to come in person, they where always super friendly as well.

We just moved up here and had to switch everything from Florida. Regina Payne is absolutely wonderful! Such a sweet woman. She explained everything to us and didn't skip over the fine print It felt like I was talking to my Momma, not making a business agreement❤️. I couldn't tell you who I dealt with in Florida State Farm but it most definitely wasn't Regina! Go see Mrs. Regina!!
