Chase was very patient and attentive with my elderly father to assess and fix problems with old laptop before determining a new laptop was necessary. Then he worked with us to evaluate and recommend the best model to handle Dad’s computing needs. He also worked diligently to quickly set up the new computer with Dad’s particular setup. Would highly recommend him for your tech support needs!

i was a little skeptical at first as tech issues, ive always tried to figure out myself, like hardware related issues, building & etc.. my OS was quite bugged out at first, once getting it his shop, Chase was SUPER welcoming & very chill & got to talking about of other stuff, like anime's, web designing, even show me some of work that hes done or is working on, very talented individual!

After talking about animes & all the fun stuff, he got to work on my PC, i kept having issues crashing after boot, OS would & crash, no blue screen but once we got to this shop, it acted fine.. no crashing, Chase looked over it, had me do some small stress tests & it was acting fine, PC's are tricky.. with how they dont wanna work or want to, but we talked it over & discovered some solutions on why this might happening, if you have thoughts of this not being good, i would highly suggest re-thinking it, this place was a vibe & chase is very good guy with PC & tech stuff, greatly appreciate you man, thanks again man!!

Chase came through in the clutch. My 3 month old computer went down in a flash. Chase was able to find where my hard drive lost everything. He loaded Windows 11 and restored it back to where it was before the end of the next day. For great service I would highly recommend him. Thanks again Chase!!!! I would give him 10 stars if I could.

The experience that I got from this business was phenomenal. I personally would Recommend them to anybody from here on out very cooperative and very fast and handle my PC with the upmost respect and care literally was wiping it down as I walked through the door made me smile from ear to ear. This guy is very informative. He clearly is not out to get your money because he basically walked me through steps over the phone to optimize my pc instead of just coming inside to take my money. Great guy I’d recommend him to anyone.
