Have had my insurance there since 2003. The girls that work there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had a claim through Safeco and it was very easy and quick. They have shopped my policy a few times to make sure I always have the lowest rate. Been very happy with price and service!

I've always had a good experience with the customer service at One Call, but, Jeanette Dominguez went above and beyond when she assisted me with a new quote a few weeks ago. She pointed out some incorrect information that was appearing in my driving record and she provided me with detailed information on how to dispute this info. I did as she recommended and now my insurance has dropped by half of what I was previously paying. Thank you Jeanette! Great customer service!

Great low cost insurance and very friendly people. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because every time I call, I get put on hold for a long period of time and when I have gone to the office, I usually have to wait quite a while before somebody is able to help me. Other than that though, great place for insurance.

Very professional and courteous customer service the insurance Representatives went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure that I had the perfect policy for my insurance I would highly recommend one car insurance to anyone the rates are great and the customer service is exceptional. the insurance representatives were very fast and thorough with processing my car insurance policy I received my insurance card right there on the spot

Thank you one call!!!! My boyfriend has been using there service for 12 years or so. My previous insurance jumped suddenly by $50 totalling $239.00 for full coverage. I decided to try a different place and One Call found full coverage for $109 with automatic payments. That is a HUGE difference in what I was paying so Thank you.
