I had a house fire back on March 15 of this year. Started the claim process with my insurance company, and quickly realized that I wasn’t going to get the coverage than I thought I would. Without hesitation I met with Adrian and Andy, who reassured me they would work hard to get me the max that I was allowed. I must say, they followed through! They submitting the claim to the insurance company after the scope of things was completed. The insurance company came in with less than what we had submitted. Adrian and his team quickly got on things to resubmit to my insurance company with proof and reason as to why we need to get paid on things they were originally not going to pay out on. They came through with over another 50,000. As for going over the personal property that they also do as well, that’s definitely a job I would not have wanted to do! The All City Adjusting team not only educated me on the entire process of filing claims for a tree that fell on our deck and damaged our home but they represented me and did it for me all while I was out of state. After pushing back on the independent adjuster that had low balled us on the reimbursement, we were able to go from a four figure reimbursement to a five figure reimbursement! From $2,000 to $20,000+. Moving forward, I will always call All City Adjusting first BEFORE I call my insurance company and I recommend everyone in my network to do the same. Thanks guys!

I had never worked with a public insurance adjuster before this incident but the experience I had was positive. My insurance company had denied the claim immediately but All City and my rep Adrian, was just getting started. They were able to get me money to at least start repairing which is better than zero. The only thing that needed more clarification was how pay and what the percentage based on the overall estimates or money I actually got in hand from the insurance company but it was clarified. But if I ever need to go through an insurance claim again I would definitely go with them again!

A few months ago I had a kitchen fire that destroyed my entire kitchen and also caused smoke damage on other clothes and property in the house. My insurance told the amount that they were going to cover and it wasn’t even enough to rebuild and cover the kitchen completely, let alone my clothes and gaming PC that were also ruined by the smoke. I felt lost and thought I was going to have to come out of pocket just to get my quality of life close to where I was.
Then I had a friend tell me to call Adrian with AllCity, and it completely changed my outlook with just the first call. He told me not to worry and that he would make sure that everything I had before was replaced. He took over the fight with the insurance company over the payout, and delivered on his promise in getting me enough to cover all my replacements. I thought I was going to crumble under the stress of dealing with my insurance, but Adrian took all that stress off my shoulders and got the job done. What a god send. Would recommend 1000x over to anyone who is having the same issues as I had.
