Andrew and his team are lifesavers! We lost literally everything we owned in a house fire in April 2023. We had no idea what to do, and where to even begin sorting through the ashes, water damaged items and smoke damaged items. The insurance company's claims adjuster did their review and was only in our home for a few hours, so clearly didn't even understand or catalog 1/4 of what we had in our home. Andrew's team was in there for DAYS, and made a very detailed list of everything. They helped us navigate the entire process, and explained what we needed to do to prove what we had in our home and the value of each item. Andrew's team are public claims adjuster that work for YOU, while the insurance company's claims adjusters work for the insurance company, so they are out to save the insurance company as much money as possible. Public claims adjusters work as the liaison between you and your insurance company, and while they get a small % of what the insurance company pays out, you come out much further ahead because they help you recoup more for your items and home than you could have ever done on your own. We are so grateful that a friend recommended Andrew and his team to us. It's been 9 months since the fire and they are still helping us recover the depreciation that the insurance company hit us with for all of our items. I hope you never have to go through this, but if you do, THIS is the company you need by your side!

We had a horrible house fire. We lost everything. They were able to get us A LOT more than the insurance company wanted to pay us. It was so worth hiring Cleveland public adjusters. I don’t think we would have made it out of this situation without them. They did everything for us. We were able to just focus on taking care of our small children.
