I can’t say enough good things about this office and State Farm as a whole. Ashley and everyone I have talked to has been super helpful and friendly. Ashley took the time to explain my policy and any changes we could make to lower the price. She was completely honest and was patient with me as I made my decisions. I’m so happy I switched to State Farm. Ramona was fantastic at getting me a better rate for my auto insurance. Not only that but she was so informative about other policies I will be adding services in the near future. I wish I would've switched over to State Farm sooner, but I guess it's better late than never. Ashley was wonderful to work with in my transition to start form. I really appreciated her educating me on every aspect of my auto and house insurance. My past experiences with insurance companies was purely transactional. Alex has been so incredibly helpful helping us navigate the loss of our vehicle due to recent flooding!
