A tornado struck my parents' house back in April 2023. As they are elderly and needed all the help they could get and I am an only child and working professional, I decided to enlist the help of a public adjuster. We called around to a few in the area. Some were extremely pushy and salesy, while others were completely unresponsive.

We got in touch with Brian and immediately liked what we heard. Brian was informative and matter of fact from the jump and communicated everything up front, answering all of our exhaustive list of questions along the way, even before we agreed to work with him. He took the time and had the patience to make sure we were informed.

All in all, the entire process took about 7 months, which was way shorter than we expected for a catastrophe of this magnitude. Brian was on top of the insurance company, which proved to be extremely difficult to work with, and we felt he got us the most amount of money from the claim that we possibly could have received. He even helped us with a second claim that we had to submit as a result of an appliance malfunction.

I can't recommend Brian enough. He is responsive and friendly with his clients and aggressive yet professional with the claims adjusters on the other side. Fantastic person to work with when your personal property and your home (or business) has been affected by natural disaster. THANK YOU Brian for helping to make this whole process so much easier for us.

We highly recommend Sentinel Adjusters. We experienced a house fire in early 2022, which resulted in a total loss. We usually manage things on our own, but a few days after the fire, we realized it was too much to manage alone and there were too many moving parts. We interviewed a handful of adjusters and chose Sentinel/Brian because he was so knowledgeable about the process, experience with building homes, local, super responsive, easy to connect with / talk to, and especially easy to get a hold of.

Brian managed everything from start to finish … initial living costs, temporary housing, estimates to rebuild, debris removal, reimbursement for items lost, reimbursement for items replaced, etc. He worked with the fire department, police department, insurance adjusters (there are several!), builders, gas/electric company, debris removal company, etc. We decided not to rebuild the home and Brian even helped us ensure we received the largest amount for the home/structure and even helped us sell the lot/land to a builder.

If you’re looking for someone who is accountable, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional … Sentinel Adjusters/Brian is your guy. It was such a blessing that we found him, and we are so appreciative for all his hard work on behalf of our family.

I can not speak highly enough about the service and peace of mind Sentinel Adjusters provided after we suffered a large loss as a result of a fallen tree.
The tree strike caused severe structural damage to our home, including framing, roofing, siding, the chimney and countless stress cracks throughout the entire house in areas that were not directly impacted, destroyed our deck as well as a large section of fencing.
After a couple of weeks of talking to the insurance adjuster and various contractors that would only discuss the needed repairs with the insurance company, it became apparent we were in over our heads. We needed help.
We decided to look into getting a public adjuster, but who?
We left messages for some, discussed our loss on the phone with sales reps from others to see if they might be interested in handling our claim, they wanted us to send our policy info, pictures, and even sign before they would commit to coming out.
Brian from Sentinel Adjusters answered the call and came out the following day to review the damage in person. His detailed onsite inspection revealed extensive hidden damage that had gone unnoticed by the insurance adjuster, contractors and even ourselves.
After hiring Sentinel, Brian went to work advocating for us. He took on the daunting and intimidating task of dealing with the insurance company, leaving us to move forward with the needed repairs.
Brian was easy to talk to, easy to understand, and above all, easy to reach. Through the entire process we spoke from several times a day to once a week, but were never left hanging or hoping he would return our calls.
He negotiated a settlement substantially higher than the insurance adjusters initial settlement, and held our hand and walked us through the entire ordeal.
While it is our hope to never live this experience again, Sentinel Adjusters would be our go to if...
I would highly recommend Sentinel Adjusters without reservation, to friends, family or anyone in need of a public adjuster.

What’s with these 5-star reviews? They’re our experience too with Sentinel Public Adjusters!

When a frozen pipe in a big old farmhouse flooded four rooms on two floors including the gorgeous remodeled kitchen and we had to go out of town the following week, we discovered that public adjusters exist. We called several who had good reviews. Brian of Sentinel was the first to return our call. He came out the next day, assessed the damage and patiently answered our newbie questions. Then he met with the insurance adjuster, wrote up detailed damages and kept expectations and lines of communication clear with everyone, even when the widespread deep freeze had slammed the industry.

Having been a contractor and remediator, Brian understood the situation from the remediator's perspective, the insurance company’s and, most of all, ours. He had the credentials, tools and knowledge to walk us through the whole cleanup and claims process, even helping us know when to tell the remediator, “Enough!” With his help, a painful mess was resolved promptly and as well as could be expected. For responsiveness, experience and caring guidance, we highly recommend Brian and Sentinel Public Adjusters.

Couple of years ago my parents had a sewer pipe break and water backed up. Brian carefully, patiently, and thoroughly examined the damage and explained his approach with the insurance company on their behalf. He had a dogged focus on the issue and came prepared with his tools of the trade. A full assessment was made of damage to the kitchen cabinets, floor, basement ceiling and floor, and the slab above the break. He negotiated a higher than expected payout that was justified and thoroughly documented. He made the process look easy, which we are sure required hard work on his part as a true professional. He conducted himself as if it was his own property. His experience was obvious and made us all comfortable in letting him take the reins.

We all are immensely happy with Brian Franks of Sentinel Public Adjusters because of not only the immediate claims process, but also because he can coordinate an expert response to the situation with trustworthy contractors as well. This is the kind of service insurance companies advertise in their glowing commercials but in our case did not deliver. Honestly, we felt that we were in better hands with him rather than with the insurer.

I would like to thank Brian Franks of Sentinel Public Adjusters for his professional services during my time of need.

I had a pipe burst on my washer, which is in a closet in my kitchen. The water leaked all over my kitchen floor, my garage, my den, and in parts of my living room. I live in a ranch so everything is on one level. Some of my furniture was damaged, as well as some of my personal property.

Brian negotiated with my insurance company and coordinated with contractors to repair the damage throughout the home. Brian then gave me a written estimate of what he was billing the insurance company, and explained all the details of the repairs and personal property reimbursement. He was so thorough that I had faith that he would oversee the repairs to my home.

The insurance company totally reimbursed all the personal property damages to the home, and paid for all the repairs. Brian's estimates paved the way for process to go smoothly.

The repairs to the home included new tile in the kitchen, new flooring in the living room and den, and paint in each room. The property damage was handled by a licensed contractor.

I was fully satisfied with Sentinel Public
Adjusters. My home looks completely new again. My sincerest thanks to Brian for all his work.

I had the opportunity of using Brian with Sentinel Public Adjusters on three occasions. The initial time for myself after a flood had damaged my house.
