Rick greeted me right away, asked how he could help and was quick to show me the giant selection of furniture I was looking for. I walked away with more furniture than I anticipated but at a better price than I expected. I highly recommend Rick for your furniture needs.

When my husband and I walked into Coconis we had an idea of the type of chairs we wanted. Ronda graciously took the time to listen to what we were looking for and look at photos of our current interior design. She patiently went through leather options with us and even took them outside so we could see them in better light. We are excited with the end product that she helped us design and choose. Stopped in because we were in the market for a new couch and loveseat. Melissa greeted us and walked around with us. Explained to her that we did not want to spend a small fortune on couches while we still have children and pets in the home but obviously still something aesthetically pleasing. My wife and I finally agreed on a couch based upon our own individual likes. While looking at the particular set we chose on her computer we noticed that the loveseat was priced at 899 and the couch was priced at 699. Her reaction was to tell us, no that is not right, it has to be 899 and mentioned that she would call her marketing team to fix the error. I understand fully, what she must mean, but something rubbed me the wrong way. So I jumped on Ashley’s website. Found the loveseat and couch for 749 a piece. Thought okay, obviously stores like this will have markup and sales people don’t want to lessen their commission, but we appreciated the service we received from the Ashley store just down the road who had sent us to Coconis to have a larger selection, so we called her because it was an Ashley product, turns out it was not an error. And after hearing about our experience they decided to sell us both the couch and the loveseat for 699 a piece. So three stars for showing us where not to buy because knowledge is everything.

Rick Hanshaw helped me today picking out a lift chair for a family member. When the model wasn’t on the floor he called their warehouse, and had one put together and took me over to see it. When I explained that I needed something small he knew exactly what I needed.
