If I could leave zero stars and a review I would have. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Terrible. 24 hours with no water. We call them and they said they won't talk to us because we live in a community and they will only talk to the community. Even though we are not part of the community, we own our own land and home and are not associated or affiliated with the community in any way. Whenever we call the community they say we have to call canyon ridge so nothing ever gets done. They won't even tell us any updates unless we go through the community. They will talk to businesses like Green Chile Willies and The Station but not individual residents.
So we have to rely on the wonderful people of Green Chile Willies to give us updates on their Facebook page because canyon ridge refuses to talk to anyone. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with and some of the rudest and meanest people I have ever encountered.
