Filled a claim over two months ago on my roof for hail damage and still no word on what is going on. Adjustor went out a week later after claim was made and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything after he went out I called him back to see what the status is. He said he filed the report and that my insurance agent should be able to help me with an update. My insurance agent also has not received anything. A few weeks later I was contacted by an engineer that said he was requested bythe adjustor to go look at the hail damage. He could not tell me anymore but to contact the adjuster which I have tried multiple times and no calls back over 2 weeks. It's been over another week now that the engineer has gone out and no updates or anything. This company (Argenia-Crc group) has been the worse by far I have ever had! Plus, the adjuster lying is unacceptable

Very in professional company I’ve ever dealt with
Last year they did a bank withdrawal for full yearly premium( was supposed to be payments) cause other checks to be overdraft. Took weeks to get it straightened out
This year here we go again. So when called and told about problem agent Bob was reply was” not his problem “
So yes I did drop the insurance and now I wait for reply of when I will get my refund

I wasnt going to leave a negative review until now, I was with argenia since 2016 and i left due to them raising my premium since they had so many claims the past year. Even customers who havent made a claim (Me)
Called to dispute it and they said no to feel free to go with someone else. So i did, They sent me the cancellation form and the next day sent me another form saying they took out 540 dollars for a renewal. So im having to dispute the charge with my bank. Luckily i have a awesome bank and got my money back.
They did tell me on the phone that they were going through some management changes. So i guess the guy i talked to didnt care.
Do not use this company. Theres no reason to raise premiums on a loyal customer due to higher than normal claims. They are running it into the ground

I would think a reputable insurance company that might be able to pay their claims could have a working phone number...just a thought. Trying to cancel my Earth quake insurance and can't get a working number. Perhaps I need to mail a certified letter or drive 6 hours to notify them.

We’ve been waiting for 2 months for this company to send out a check so we can have our house repaired. They have so many underwriters that no one can give you a straight answer. The local agent in TN has no clue what’s going on. The claims manager out of Nashville works from home so he only reply’s when he wants to. We’ve been told for 2 weeks now a check was sent out and still nothing. Worse insurance company ever!
