I highly recommend going literally anywhere else for a property manager!! She is rude and will not communicate with you when your tenants are thousands of dollars behind on rent. She has excuses for everything but refuses to do her job properly and then tries to turn it all on you!! If it wouldn’t have forced me to click on at least one star I’d have undoubtedly not given her any stars!! Be careful she will always get her money but she won’t do her job to ensure you as the owner are getting yours!!
