We had moderate damage (18 K$) to our house from Hurrricane Sandy. The Dennis Lamb Agency and the State Fam Claims office provided FIRST CLASS service. We were given an initial payment after an inspection by the claims office and obtaining specific quotes from our preferred contractors and other service providers. The initial payment was approximately two thirds of the estimated repair costs. When all of the work was done, documention of the actual repair costs was forwarded to the claims office. (The actual repair costs were somewhat higher than the quotes). The claims office forwarded a check for the difference between the actual repair costs and the initial payment less the $500 deductable.

During the entire process, there were no hassles and everything was conducted in as very professional manner. I was very please with the service provided.
