Wanted to take the time to write a review. This company is over the top amazing. Lisa Warren takes care of us for mostly everything but if we have other questions or concerns, she directs it to the person that handles that dept. ( Shelly Tozier, Linda Kinney) and they are on top of it as well! We are so pleased with this company I send everybody there.

We have our employee health plans through FA Peabody, Heidi is our rep and she is wonderful! She always is prompt to return any missed calls (Which are few cause she usually answers), she is helpful and patient with all my questions, always has such positive attitude and I can feel her smile through the phone. I highly recommend contacting her for health plan quotes. We liked her so much we took her recommendation to contact Ken and get a quote for commercial insurance. We ended up signing up with him as well! Colleen has been great as well with all my questions on the commercial side. Great teamwork FA Peabody. Give Heidi and Ken a call!
