AdjusterPro is a great location to learn and acquire your insurance adjusting license. Great customer support, wonderful team, and good coaching. I used them for my license 8 years ago and return for the CE courses.

AdjusterPro does an excellent job of training for a career in independent claims adjusting. Their licensing courses offer a lot of features without hidden fees. They provide licensing, CE, and Xactimate training! I really like their flash cards and quiz tools. Their support team is phenomenal. I highly recommend them for adjuster licensing and training. There are more reviews on their website that speak more broadly to the student experience.

I would not recommend spending money on the Michigan independent adjuster course from AdjusterPro. I purchased the course spent several months completing the course received a 93% on the practice test. I took the state exam and 70% of the information on the state exam was never covered on AdjusterPro. The information that they have for the Michigan independent adjuster exam is outdated it is not relevant! Search for a different course if you're trying to take the exam in Michigan.

The Florida Pre-licensing course was excellent! It was easy to follow and fun to work through. The course prepared me well and I passed the state exam on the first try!

The material was detailed and easy to follow. Unfortunately the program itself left a lot to be desired. The worst thing was I kept getting logged out and had to keep logging back in. It happened multiple times a day. The worst part of that is I had to rewatch entire sections because once I logged back in it put me back at the beggining with no way to fast forward through the parts I already watched. What a waste of time! I have a job so I can only do this when time allows, and now I've got to take even more for this nonsense. It happened enough that I would reccomend trying to find another company to get yor online training from. Some of the quizzes were not user friendly and were almost impossible to complete because they just didn't work well. You have to finish them to move on, so you'd better figure them out! Overall not great.

The courses are in-depth and prepare you very well for the test. They even have flash cards built in as a training aid. Highly recommend.
