I cannot say enough positive things about Josh and the team at Hunter Claims, they consistently go above and beyond for their clients and help you to get a fair settlement with your insurance company. I cannot thank Hunter Claims enough for handling my insurance claim which was denied after cat 5 hurricane. Hunter claims went to work quickly to ensure that my repairs would be covered. Staring with claim adjuster Joe, he came out and did a thorough inspection and resubmitted a claim to the insurance company. He later came back out with the insurance company adjuster and explained thoroughly walked through all the damage to my house. He did a great job! I followed up with office manager Heather who walked me through the process and informed me every step of the way. She was extremely professional, helpful and responsive! When it came time for mediation Jason did a phenomenal job explaining needed repairs and how the insurance company grossly underestimated the damage. In conclusion I was awarded enough money to replace my roof and other needed repairs. Without Hunter Claims fighting on my behalf I don’t know what I would have done! They are life savers!! Thank you toThe Hunter group for advocating for myself and many others. If you are looking for an honest company that will fight for you give them all call before all other companies. You won’t be disappointed.

What an experience from start to end! I worked with Stanley and Darryl from Hunter Claims when I had an upstairs bathroom leak and I'm so glad I did! They eliminated the headache of dealing with my insurance company and made the process so much easier than it would have been. Within a week of contacting them, they inspected my home, had a contract filled, and had my insurance company adjuster there for their inspection. They were both very respectful of my home and their personalities made me comfortable immediately. I've dealt with homeowners insurance in the past and let me tell you, Stanley and Darryl took so much stress away from a very stressful situation. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and helping others. They handled all negotiations, had constant communication of what was going on, and was able to get me top dollar for my claim in record breaking time. There is no doubt in my mind that the claim would never have paid had I not been introduced to Darryl by my roofing contractor. Darryl maintained a positive attitude even when things looked bleak. I can not thank him enough for his guidance and professionalism, He walked me through the mediation process, negotiating with the carrier representative for me, which resulted in an agreeable resolution. This was very definitely not his first rodeo. I hope I will not need his services again, but if I do, I have full confidence in his knowledge and ability to get the best outcome for his clients. Darryl was wonderful to work with. He made a horrible situation so much better. Not only was he very responsive, he kept me updated on the entire process. He also made me aware of things I wouldn’t have thought of and helped me get every penny I needed to repair my home. I couldn’t have done any of this without his help. I 100% would use this company again and recommend him to anyone facing any financial issues with their homeowner insurance company. It was refreshing to find a company that put my interest first especially in this day and age. Highly recommend.

If there was a option to leave infinite stars then that's what I would have selected. 5 stars isn't even close on how wonderful this company is. My family and I are so grateful for Darryl James and his team at Hunter Claims! I experienced damage to our home and I followed the process of reporting it to my home insurance company. My home insurance company kept insinuating that the problem was caused by flooding when I continuously said no, it wasn't. They denied and closed my claim without even sending anyone out to gather any evidence to back up the denial. After feeling lost, stressed out, heightened anxiety and defeated by my home insurance company that I have never reported a claim to before. I was given the contact information to Darryl James. I called him immediately. He asked me what was going on and scheduled a time for him to come out to review my damages to my home. Darryl came to my home and reassured me that he and his team will do everything that they can to make this right for my family and I. It was almost like he was our attorney but for home insurance. I never knew his role or company ever existed!. In a way I'm glad this happened because I found such a phenomenal company that truly has the front and backs for their customers when your own insurance company shuts you out! When Darryl called and said he got the home insurance company to reopen and payout on the claim, I was in tears! It was tears of relief, tears of joy, tears of being heard and understood!
