When the claim for a new roof was denied, I am so thankful to have been referred to Region. JD and Brad were able to anticipate what the insurance company would do next and were fully prepared in advance to stay ahead of the hurdles. This was for my mom and I live 1000 miles away. The thought of trying to manage this long distance was anxiety inducing, but I was kept informed of status and the process the whole time and mom was treated with such respect and kindness. She now has been given a new roof with the quality materials she deserved under the coverage she paid for, and I know this would not have happened without these guys. Beware! These people care more about ripping off the insurance then taking care of the customer. My insurance paid enough for them to complete the job but instead they left work unfinished stating the insurance did not pay enough for them to complete it. But, in reality they were charging for equipment they did not need and overcharged for the work that they did do. They are still requesting money from my insurance for work they left unfinished. What is sad is their contractor claimed they fought and fought for the money to cover the other hail damage but I am finding there is no truth in that statement. If I could give them a zero I would.

Without a doubt if we hadn't used Regional Adjusting and its representative Zach Wysocki, we would not arrived at the quick settlement for a total insurance coverage of our storm and hail damaged large roof. Zach's expertise and knowledge expedited our claim within one week with a check arriving the following week to start our new roof. Once upon completion of the project and with our satisfaction the balance will be forwarded minus a small deductible. You couldn't expect better results, I highly recommend Regional Adjusting.

Getting a new roof can be a stressful time.

Especially if you have to fight with your insurance to get the roof paid by them if needed.

Mike made the whole process simple!

He was able to prove our roof needed replacing.

After hours with the insurance agent Mike got us approved!

Just use them with damages on my roof. They handle the entire process, helping me get new roof, gutters and downspouts. The quality of work was great and even upgraded the roof to a class 3 rating. That should provide protection up to 130mph etc. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them if you need help with roof claim.
