If you're the insured and your insurance company hires this company as adjuster, rest assured that you will not receive adequate payment for your claim. The adjuster didn't even document all of the damage done to our home by a tornado, then he took 6 1/2 weeks to submit his report the insurance company. He told our insurance company that our HVAC unit was working, but the day he was there to inspect, we didn't even have electricity, so he couldn't have known that. A subsequent inspection of the unit by another company revealed that the unit was damaged in the storm and needed replacement.

After our home caught fire last March, this company made everything difficult from the start. Almost one year later and they are still refusing to help get our final reimbursements from insurance so we can close this claim. It took 6 weeks to get a reply about our final two incurred expenses. They were in absolutely no hurry and at one point forced us to stop repairs. The only way my family was able to move forward and continue restoring our home was because of my attorney. This is the only review I have ever left, if you have another option for a claims company please take it. The way they speak to you and conduct business is so unprofessional.

Worst experience ever, Ryan take advantage of the situation did not give clear information and send documents and information without any validation and never thinks in the affected person, just want to close and then when you ask about what was happening just send you a phone from other person that never answer
