I chose to work with Allclaims after contact from a different public adjuster about hail damage to my roof. The first adjuster's rate was far too high (above market average) and a conversation left me distrusting the validity of the process.

After my own investigations led me to Allclaims, the Allclaims adjuster explained the costs, fees, process, and potential issues. Everyone with whom I spoke was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Allclaims ended up having to resubmit my claim after my insurance company decided that replacing only half my roof would be sufficient. The resubmission proved successful and I'm looking forward to my installation. Allclaims interfaced with my insurance company and the roofing contractor to provide a seamless and problem-free transition.

These guys are just amazing! I had hail damage on my roof and my insurance company only wanted to patch a small area. I have two rooves on my house so patching was not a possibility but the insurance company remained adamant. Absolutely Amazing!!! I live in Northern Va just outside Fairfax. We had only been in our new home a couple years and had some water get into a light fixture in our upper level. Turns out the water had somehow gotten in through the roof. We filed a claim and our insurance came back with a nominal offer for repairs. Two weeks later they started sending letters that we needed to replace our roof on our own as they deemed the damage to be preexisting. Enter Allclaims Pro to the rescue. I spent the entire time talking with Joe Walsh. Joe was phenomenal. His professionalism was top notch and he communicated with me throughout the process on each and every step they were taking with the insurer. My insurer was not giving in easy and got to the point where they were trying to drop us mid term to our policy. There is no way I would've been able to handle this myself as I'm not an industry professional and have no idea about invoking appraisal clauses in my insurance policy. Joe and Allclaims did. They were the ones protecting me, not my insurance company. With their diligence and experience we were able to reach an agreement with the insurance company and there will be no issues with our policy moving forward.
