Todd was so incredible!! We had never bought a house before and felt so out of our element. But Todd helped us so much and was/is available for any and all questions we have. He is so patient and never once made us feel bad for not knowing the process. We consistently felt like he has our best interest at heart and will go to bat for us if we need it! Highly highly recommend and we are SO thankful and impressed with the professionality we experienced.

Todd did an outstandingly good job getting us into our first home. If there is anything anyone should ever need as far as financing a home, I would 100% recommend Todd Smith and Ozark Mountain Mortgage.
My past experiences led me to believe this business is from another planet, because we were convinced that no one on this planet could get me financed for a good home. And knowing this from the beginning, Todd was adamant about proving me wrong, and did. Thank goodness we were put into contact with him, because we couldn’t have done it without him.
