These guys are angels, heroes, the good guys … whatever you wanna call it! We were getting so screwed over by SafeCo after a water damage claim and most of the adjusters and lawyers that we reached out to wouldn’t even give us a call back. Robert called me back and I can’t remember a time that I felt so validated! He knew some of the tactics that they were using on us even before I explained them to him.
