We had a waterline break under our slab, called our Insurance Allstate and a plumbing company someone recommended, plumbers were nice fast, brought fans cut out wet drywall and even some carpeting.

Long story short the plumbing company received more $ than Allstate offered us!

Allstate adjuster decided that the wet drywall, wet carpeting and all of our clothing, furniture and items would be fine and simply dry out !!

They told us that the $4300 check, minus our $1000.00 deductible would be enough to repair our home, we then hired Tavisha, who came out examined our home and damages, and items ruined
Allstate then decided that there was over $12,000 in damages to our home and about $30000 in total damages to our personal items.

Yes it can be hard to get hold of them, because they are busy helping others, example:
Would you rather go to eat at a restaurant that has no customers waiting in line for food? Or would you go to the place that had a long line of customers waiting? If there is a wait, long line, its for a good reason.

In our family's example ONLY $3300 was offered by Allstate after Tavisha and Jim were through over $30,000 was paid by Allstate!

Well I hired them for an insurance claim. Everything went well at first, I received my insurance check minus the depreciation amount and Property Claim Adjuster received their 15 percent cut. Now that I need them to complete their end of the bargain to recover the rest of my money before the dead line, I can't get ahold of them. I talked to the owner (Tavisha L Grant) twice and she told me that they were going to take care of this, so far I haven't heard anything yet and they are not returning any of my numerous calls. Called and spoke to one of their adjusters once. Said she would do some digging and call me back. I waited and after a couple days I called back and left a msg with their receptionist. Another day passed and still no call back. I called 4 more times each time it would be the same thing. Leave my name and number and would never call a back. Only response I would get is that they would make a note and have someone call me. I've waited too long. Will go with another company. I don't understand how they think this is professional. If you can't do anything for me at least call me back and tell me so. So if you call more than twice don't bother wasting more time and go with someone else.
