But in all honesty, he helps me change my plans to fit my needs, which can be hard since my policy covers my home, cars, and business.

Dealing with insurance agents/agency's can sometimes be a hassel but I've never felt that way working with Jacob! He kinda talks too much but not in an annoying way where you try to steer a conversation to yes or no questions but in a way where your impressed by his wisdom and knowledge of what's going to be best for you..and then when you actually need his services I didn't feel like he was working against me instead he was working for me and made my claims process simple and easy but above all he made sure that I was ok and cared about the person above everything else. There is so many more nice things I can say about Jacob Finch but I don't think Google Reviews has the server for them all. Thank you Jacob

This is my first insurance agent. I can't believe I waited this long to get one. While 24/7 online access can be nice, the trade-off of having the personal service that is offered here is better. I actually have met Jacob and he's a pretty cool guy. The service that I have received from the agency is personal, attentive, and just great. I have retained my service with them even after moving out of the area because they have done so much to retain me.

Edit: They are refusing to refund the $500 I paid for the policy they immediately canceled, which is illegal in Oregon. It is impossible to actually speak to Jacob, Ihave only spoken with two women in the office.

They cancelled my policy without notifying me at all so I was driving around uninsured with my infant daughter without knowing it! Then tried to reinstate it at double the premium. Jacob only cares about money not people. Extremely poor business and really unprofessional. I would have transferred my homeowners and insurance for my new truck to them as well had they not screwed me over.
