This towing company is absolutely wonderful. The had a quick response and were very clear in their timing and rates and what to expect. Even as I was being towed I observed the clarity they were providing to other people in line to be towed about the anticipated timing and were so considerate of their time and needs. The price of the tow was the best I could find after calling around the entire mountain and getting quotes. David, our driver, was amazing!!!!! He was so helpful and professional and even tried jumping the car to see if he could save us time and money and out of Genuine care to try and do what was best by everyone in queue to be towed. I could tell he genuinely cared to help us and we had such good conversation on the way home. He is super comfortable to be around and had such interesting insightful things to contribute in conversation. It really made me see the bright side of a bad situation and really made my day. I've got A performance's business card in my wallet for keeps. Thanks guys

I cannot recommend A Performance Towing enough! After being involved in an accident in Big Bear that left our car unsafe to drive, we were in a tough spot. Thankfully, A Performance Towing came to the rescue.

We called them, and within 30 minutes, they arrived. Joe was especially helpful—he not only towed our car back to Los Angeles but also gave me a ride to secure a rental vehicle so we could continue our journey.

Avoid at All Costs - They Damaged My Vehicle and Refused to Take Responsibility

I am absolutely furious with A Performance Towing. I trusted them to tow my vehicle safely, and instead, they caused significant damage. They caused noticeable damage - scrapes on my car and rims.

When I contacted them to report the damage, they immediately became defensive and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge any fault and denied liability without even inspecting the damage properly. They kept deflecting and making excuses, offering no real solution. It was a total lack of professionalism.

It’s clear this company doesn’t care about their customers or their vehicles. They’re only interested in taking your money and will wash their hands of any accountability the moment something goes wrong. If you value your car, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company is careless, dishonest, and impossible to deal with.
