Replied asking for full name and date of birth.. and then? Nothing happened!!! They are not on point with replying back to text. I did not get a quote at all… Just not reliable agent. Less than one star will be my rate for this company. Learned from experience tbh.. that’s all

So I disclosed to them that I don't want my personal information to be sold because these companies are responsible for you getting all the nasty emails and scam calls they told me that they have no way of doing that even though they're a licensed broker I would suggest not dealing with anybody that doesn't take people's private information seriously just because you're a family-run business doesn't give you an excuse learn how to do your job

Well I'm very satisfied with the customer service. All my questions were answered. Ms Crystal from South Carolina is Avery important piece to this company I believe. Not only helped with getting me insurance but also made me feel they actually care for customers and future customers. Customer service sucks especially AMANDA, she screwed up my policy and then had to cancel my policy right after buying a brand new car which I could not drive off the lot without insurance then she wants to go and get an attitude with me like I'm the one that screwed up. Karma will come for you
