My husband and I have been trying to reach Michael for over 1 month and have left several messages. We have not received 1 call back. We were charged twice in October and over charged in November and now December. I don't understand how this man runs his business. He NEVER returns phone calls but has no problem taking your money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere more reputable with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We have been with AA and Mike for 20+ years. All of the sudden, he quit answering and has never returned our calls. After damn near a year of no returned calls, we left and went elsewhere.

Have been trying to reach them for over a month now. Can't get a call back . His voice mail change everyday with the date it is and saying he won't be in the office that day. Well they dont have a problem taking my money every month.

I have been using AA brokers for over 20 years. I have always been treated well. I wouldn't be comfortable anywhere else. I never feel like a policy number. I would recommend to anyone who needs insurance.
