I only came for the DMV services, I've never used the AAA services in person. That being said, they were fabulous! The gentleman who checked me in at the front kiosk was delightful, and I didn't even wait to see a DMV associate. I was actually in there 3 times over 2 days and every visit was quick, easy, and best of all saved me a trip to Roseville! Honestly, I would keep my AAA membership just for access to their DMV section, the roadside assistance is just a bonus at this point! ?

After 35 years with home, auto, and umbrella policies, they cancelled our home owners policy. I wish I didn't have to change all my policies over to a different insurer, but they give me no choice. Goodbye AAA!

I've been a member of AAA since 2005. Service has been great until I had to recently file an accident claim for an auto w/ full coverage. It's been open for 44 days with basically no movement on repair approvals, no communication, shifting to multiple adjustors, broken commitments, and no working vehicle. The folks at the local office are great, but what good is having insurance if, at the end of the day, the company only takes your money and doesn't deliver on commitments to provide coverage on accidents? I guess it's time to lawyer up for breach of contract/failure to perform - consider saving yourself the hassle by looking elsewhere.
