I do not recommend Farmington Missouri AAA insurance office. They have terrible customer service! I would give them a "0" if that were an option!! Terrible customer service. They do not care about customers or their job!!

I had my car insurance through them, and was going to buy a new car and asked them for a quote. 3 months later and multiple asks, I gave up. Canceled my policy and went elsewhere. Had new insurance and a new car within a week. They acted like they didn't want my business.

Surprised how low my rate was. Lowest I found with checking with over 10 other companies. Very satisfied with what I pay for. Workers are amazing and very friendly. Customer service calls are always good. I 100% recommend AAA insurance.

If I could give them a "0" stars I would. I chose this AAA agent because of their 5 star review. Called them on a Monday and asked for a quote,heard nothing. Called them again on Wednesday morning and was told that they would call me that afternoon.No call. It has been 6 days and still no call. I have gone somewhere else and got my insurance.Thank God. If they are this bad just for just a quote what would the be like for a claim. Can't believe all reviews it appears
