Best AAA I've ever been to. Stopped in for Glacier National Park & area info & was supplied with great info & literature. Agent Kimberly was super customer service friendly, even printed out my road directions.

My experience from 8/1/23. About as poor experience as possible. Had to wait 2.5+ hours to be seen. Only one person who could do what I needed but she was out for lunch so had to wait additional time. Poor explanation. I didn’t think I would ever say this: but I wish I had gone to the DMV.

Best version of DMV experience without having to go to DMV. Super fast & painless. Have been in&out in under 30 min both times have gone for license renewal in the last few years. Helena branch is squeaky clean, & employees are courteous & helpful

They cannot tow one of my vehicles and I was left stranded between 8pm and 4am in a dead truck below 0°. They claimed no one had a tow behind and to my knowledge working with triple A in the past a tow behind even on a flatbed is required to tow for them. However they towed my other truck with no problems. Their communication was okay. But it was that one service and time I am still pretty ticked about

Why does it say your helping dmv services when you don't? Lady yesterday told me everyone was at lunch and then told us no one can help me with a renewal ,she was gabbing to a co worker when I got in there and no body was doing anything to help me and an older gentleman who was there 1st, does no one work during lunch? Why was the door unlocked if your not working?No professionalism at all, hire a new staff who is mature enough to do their job decently

Today, I had immediate service and a highly professional experience with Kim when I renewed my MT. driver's license and joined the AAA Helena Branch.
Communication was respectful, clear & totally positive. I was not rushed
through any part of the process. Additional questions and necessary
explanations were routinely anticipated. The focus was 100 percent on
responding effectively to the person seeking service. It appears that
Kim could be an able teacher in a variety of public service areas, something I did in my early career in MT. State Government.

Very helpful. I needed to renew my driver's license and was scheduled months out. Went to AAA and got right in and renewed it. They don't do real ID yet.

So far throughout my entire life from childhood until my current age, my grandparents, parents, siblings, and now myself and my family. We have never experienced anything but pure reliability, honesty, and excellence from the people in the chair to the on the road tech support. Through thick and thin, heat and sub zero conditions. This company has your family's back even you need it the most.
