This place totally rocks! The employees of AAA insurance are amazing. Even though I was not a member, they were able to get me in right away and I was able to get my driver's license renewal done with no wait or hassle. Love you guys and thanks a bunch for such amazing customer service! ❤️

I had an amazing experience at AAA with Paula. I was changing my address on my drivers license, and it ended up being an amazing experience and great conversation. It was an easy process and a small waiting time.

Staff are very nice. Would definitely recommend working with Kole or Nancy. Unfortunately the membership details were not fully disclosed at time of signing and we were told we couldn't get the vehicle insurance we needed (which was a good deal for sure!) without the AAA membership so it lost about 80% of its value to us. Tow package was useless to us as now they will only tow to a house or repair shop. Life lesson learned: make sure you see a list of policy exclusions. Now we're out a couple hundred bucks. Hopefully the fuel delivery will make up for it over time. Just may have to reconsider before renewing again. When I had the membership back in my 20s elsewhere it saved me more than once and the staff here were very friendly (just not fully informed) so will still recommend, just not to any travellers without a physical address. Not recommended for skoolie owners unless you own a home too or can afford a repair shop unless all you need is 5 gallons of gas 4 times a year or the discounts. You'll have to decide the worth for your own situation. Really rather disappointed as this was supposed to be a valuable investment as a skoolie owner who needs roadside assistance and tows and it lost the majority of its value (of course after the refund period we were informed of this). But that is just my experience.

Also have yet to receive physical card (its been 3 weeks so hopefully any day now) and we were not given a temporary card without having to come back in so also could not get on the app without coming back in for membership info as you cannot log in without your membership number.

I came to AAA Kalispell for a driver license transfer, and the process was very smooth. Special shout-out to Crystal and Laurie for being incredibly helpful and kind. Crystal went above and beyond to help make the process easier and to lend insight into the driver license and passport renewal process. Laurie was delightful to chat with to wrap up the the process. Thank you for making what could be a very stressful experience into a pleasure!

I have been an AAA member for a long time and since the wait time at our local drivers license office has become excessive with the population explosion I decided to try renewing my license at AAA. It was awesome! It took me about an hour and a half in total, the wait was about an hour. As a member I got called before non members even though they came in first, a few ladies were complaining about this the whole time. This benefit by itself is a good reason to pay for AAA. The staff is super kind and helpful, I saw one of them help an older lady update her bag of maps that she carries in her car, he found the latest version of each one she wanted to replace and was very patient in helping her.
