Absolutely great location for DMV auto services.
We transferred two out of state registrations and it was handled efficiently and professionally.
Robbie was on top of a couple of complications and we walked out with our California registrations.

Went there to do 2 simple things. The rude lady agent that failed to'help' me messed up my auto payments and even helped 2 other customers while not prioritizing me who waited in line for 15 minutes. I seriously am looking for another Company.

Have had AAA since I was 21. The service at this branch is spectacular. About a 5 minute wait time. Was able to pay for my registration for my Rav and get my tags immediately.

I have tried contacting my agent Jessica Estrada so many times through phone calls and emails and she NEVER calls or emails me back regarding any of my questions or concerns. I asked for a different agent and they refuse to give me another one. I do not recommend this branch, now I’m wasting my money and my time. ✌?

This is by far the worst AAA location I have ever been to. The staff is incompetent, their DMV processes are inefficient, and the manager had even worse customer service than the staff so it's no wonder the staff is useless. I might as well go to the DMV direct for the kind of treatment I received. What's the point of being a policyholder and paying for AAA if the branches can't even perform simple tasks and services or handle customers properly?

First time visiting this branch since I moved to the valley. I scheduled an online appointment for DMV service. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes.The reps were courteous and polite. AAA is expensive but worth every dime.
