Please ask for Hieu T Pham she is very knowledgeable and respectful. She was able to get me insured at a way better rate than my current insurance Farmers. If you need insurance reach out to her. Worst experience ever at this location. The lady that helped us out was extremely rude kept rolling her eyes when she was talking to us really unprofessional. Brought my mom too renewal a vehicle registration lady that attended us refused to give us 2024 sticker because my dad wasn't present. Didn't make no sense when both my parents are on the same plan. Never coming to this location again. Save yourself from this location and got to the Almaden office instead!They get what you need done no question asked and they ain't snotty!!!

I've only been with AAA for about 2 years now (for their great towing deal) and have been into this office once. Theresa helped me when all my DMV paperwork and she was great!! Everything went smoothly. She's very nice, polite and great at her job. Thank you so much for all your help!!
