Horrible service from worker, just came in to ask about something and this worker yelling across with attitude IDT, you are already charging ABOVE AND BEYOND and still giving attitude. We are going elsewhere.

Used to be real good. Went to apply for disabled parking placard. Two trips no dice - DMV website 10 minutes and done. No more travelbooks. You better step your game or our car insurance will go somewhere else also.

Waited OVER 3 HOURS for a tow that didn’t show up. They left no way to communicate. By the time they sent someone out, I had already made it to where I needed to the car through other means.
If you’re unfortunate enough to have to rely on them, you’re screwed.
When they initially called, they said “you can pay for a tow from a third party and then file for reimbursement.”
No guarantee though, so what’s the membership even for?

Super convenient. Very short wait times. Friendly staffing. I was literally in and out within 6 minutes. I was up and ready to drive with registration & sticker in hand.

If you're not already a AAA member or are thinking about becoming one. Let me tell you about my #1 perk as being a member. I don't need to spend half the day at the DMV waiting in long lines and what seems be a staff that does not care about you at all. At AAA they'll be sure to make you feel like you're a priority.

I Used the dmv services for the first time today not happy with the response I was given. I could not get my tags in my hand. Because my name is not on the registration but...I opened the policy on the same car that is mine! and I pay for it monthly. false information was given to me of all the perks "I" would receive.
