This company is unprofessional and rude!!!! They need to keep better track of there people! And hire honest employees....... HIGH THEFT and we had no idea after retrieving our things several things was going to be missing! After reading reviews they are obviously known for this! We offered for them to review a video as to what I was able to recover they completely and rudely said no and instead of trying to figure out what occurred within their company..... The people who work here attitudes are extremely uncalled for.... repossessed Vehicle that’s fine I get it you work with maybe a lot of angry customers but you should not treat every persons that way especially when that person paid for there vehicle and all the fees! By the way a towing fee when a man drove it away..... in between moving some of my collectibles are missing that was just in my vehicle so to tell me that everything on the list was the inventory, and I’m telling you my things are missing not even try to investigate the guy who picked it up at least and drove it way.... I will continue fighting until we receive our stuff or be reimbursed this is ridiculous!

Honestly, I read all these reviews and I was scared, specially since they had to close due to Covid for like 45 days I did not see my car...But it was the complete opposite for me. Liz was very helpful and reassuring and helped me out with the process and I did not catch the name of the girl who actually drove my car out at the lot in Pomona but she was very nice, so thank you!! My car was in great shape and even the little things I forgot inside of it like a hat and stuff was still in the car when I got it.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car taken here. I must say that after reading the reviews I was a bit scared with all of them saying that stuff was stolen. I'd left a few bucks behind and figured I might not get it back. Instead I got there late because of traffic smh. Yesenia was nothing but kind still helped me out. When I read what belongings I had. everything was on the sheet even my 84 dollars I'd left in the car. They had put it in a zip lock bag in my car. I received nothing but great customer service and my belongings intact. Thanks guys I appreciate your help.

They are horrible! They came & picked up my car last night & within hours I had my dealer release it.
They came & drove off in my car but didn't even tell me exact info. of where my car was going. The Hispanic woman w/ like brown hair mid-40s just said you can call your dealer & make the payment & we're located off of El Segundo & Van Ness. Then she got in my car started it up & drove off with her ride, (a white Chevy Silverado or Ford F150) a nice truck but not a tow truck, followed her off to their destination. So, within hours I called my dealer & had it released. I called to tell them I was coming to pick up my car & the lady says they have no record of a vehicle fitting that description. So, I hang up, call my dealer, & MY DEALER gave them the same description & verified it was there & ready to be released. Yes I was still on the line when she made the call. I thanked my dealer & hung up & called back & said the same thing but with a little frustration & all of a sudden it's there. I didn't even want to give attitude because I'm happy, I'm getting my car back. So I say I'd I'm on my way to get my car just wanted to know if it had been released & my dealer already helped me with that. She says " Um, No our lot is closed." Mind you, it's only 4pm. So I say, "Um, don't you guys close @ 5pm." She says so rudely, "That doesn't mean we have any appointments." I said appointments for what. So she then tells me the soonest appointment is tomorrow @ 2pm. Like I said it was only 4pm. So, you mean to tell me that they can just hold my car HOSTAGE!. Their fees are paid, my car is paid, registered, has gas, & you're saying I can't have my car until you say so or feel like giving it to me. That's my only transportation right now & I work 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. So, I have to take ride shares because you don't want to release my car during business hours? Now, if that isn't a law suit, I don't know what is. I have pain & suffering, because my vehicle is paid & released but they won't hand it over. I have my Lyft receipts & the time it was released. I'm going to call the police & let them know they are holding my car HOSTAGE, not only that, but they DROVE OFF IN MY CAR. I've seen legit repossessions & they always have a tow truck & hook it up & tow it away. That's why they charge for TOWING! But I just paid towing for them to drive off in my car. & then they don't want to release it during business hours when i can go get it. I might just call in to work, go post up in their parking lot and hold a protest until they release my car! ANY ANGRY CUSTOMERS OUT THERE SHOULD COME HELP PROTEST THIS PLACE! & then we hit them with that good ole class action law suit!

They stole a few things of mine very important to me and quite frankly I will be getting them back and I won't stop until I do this place is the worst place I have ever had to deal with in My Life I don't understand how they're still in business or who has let them continue doing what they're doing but I promise you that will end and it will end very soon. Scum bags then they tell me oh if it wasn't on the paper it wasn't in your car really I've been homeless for a month living in my car I know whats in my car and what's not in my car before they got it into their possession good luck able auto adjusters.

Rude, disrespectful employees. I picked up my vehicle, my check engine and slip indicator light was on, meaning there's a possiblity a malfunction in my vsc or trac system. I did not give these people the car with these warning indicators on... when I called the company, the lady I spoke too was extremely rude stating how ridiculous this whole situation sounds because my vehicle was just sitting in a lot, obviously you guys had some participation because she even stated "if a veh had 73k on it..." When I retrieved the car.. It was 75k, so now are you admitting that you drove an extra 2k on my vehicle? These people don't deserve to own a business PERIOD.

wow, what can i say... this is the WORST company you shall ever encounter. STOLE all my personals in car although they say they misplaced them .. i have photos where it showed that they ramsacked all my belongings!!

crashed my car ... and in my own personal opinion the girl MARIA that works there is an absolute IDIOT!

Rude! It's Like going to a prison. Fraudulent! Coerced into signing an agreement to pick up my car before inspecting it. Avoid at all costs! Santander Consumer USA should be held liable for this company's strongarm tactics!!!
