Would not recommend - work performed was substandard and when asked about it was told “realtor just said to make it close didn’t say it had to be pretty”. This contractor was selected by the seller’s realtor to perform several items on the punch list that were a requirement prior to closing - not only did they not do everything but things that were done were very poor quality. Also, was referred to have a mold remediation guy test some wood in our home prior to purchase and didn’t know he was part of Abracadabra too but he came and took a sliver of wood off one of our ceiling beams and sent it to be tested he said and came back asking for $400 for his findings and the exact same thing could have been done with a $40 kit from Ace Hardware. We had our home inspector back out as Abracadabra’s guy tried to suggest it could be “remediated” and our inspector said there was nothing wrong as it was simply black spots on wood from them lying in the lumber yard and no issues or mold.

Didn’t respond to us for 8 months on safety-related electrical work they were supposed to have completed on our house, with the excuse they couldn’t find the parts. Not only did we find the parts easily, we found an electrician who was professional, courteous and could come out to do the work. Once they finally contacted us (after 8 MONTHS of not responding to our calls or emails), they wanted to come out that same day. My husband informed them we had already gotten the work completed, and Robin had the nerve to be rude to my husband about it. Absolutely dumbfounded how someone can be so wildly unprofessional.

I have had plenty of personal experience with Abracadabra Property Management Services in Pagosa Springs. This company manages our HOA in Pagosa Springs. I can assure you that this is the best property management company in the area.
I am the on the board of directors at Wedgewood Villas Property Owners Assoc. It is my privilege to work closely with Abracadabra and Robin Ball.
The person who wrote the negative review is a tenant who was arrested for making threats, followed and tried to intimidate several of our homeowners and the the property manager and their employees.
My home suffered a flood from a broken supply line. Abracadabra re-mediated the damage to my property, worked with my insurance company and put our home back together again. When abracadabra tech arrived I was writing an authority about injury from civil rights abuse.

The tech refused me service, after hitch hiking in to the lumber yard for the right propane hose and flared part.

He had said they wouldn't have the part. Recognizing the inappropriate inhibition, I called and they most certainly did have the part. Excuses for cruel and unusual treatment... Despite even labor law notifications something is not okay about the conditions... At a time mandated to work from home.

He had also said the church has firewood. I explained I was raised in the high mountains chopping my own firewood (I wouldn't give into the coercion---- increasingly extortative inflicting injury ---- seriously, way more FBI complaint line of violating my rights to privacy and own spiritual orientation). I need patient and victim privacy secured for health and strength appropriate for my cultural orientation.

Even after complaining to the office to please help, give me an invoice, I am concerned of kidnapping issues in the area.

Silly, from excessive false imprisonment trapped destitute in unlawful conditions, stalking, trapping, harassing concerns...

I said lookplook what I can dou, and showed him I had noticed my arm drop, sign of ischemic stroke, nerve damage related from spinal problems.

The tech had other jobs.

I got stranded walking forever.

Finally, just after 6pm, a nice lady picked me up off the highway 100 yards from the turnoff.

I had the hose and 'bolt', the lumber yard was very kind to be sure to help me with.

The tech wrote me he was not coming back and did not feel safe.

It is a protected activity to inform someone of civil rights abuse and retaliation...injuries I was on the line reporting after shovelling for a couple hours.
