Okay, so I called once and got a quote that I didn't ask for, nor was it specified. But this angel (Lashonda Foster) answered when I called back to get it squared away and she got me a decent down payment and affordable monthly payment! I think I will stick with this company from here on out! Service was fast and easy and she definitely understands the assignment!!! Give her a raise

Lashonda Foster was so nice. Very professional and the best customer service skills. I was going to shop around for other insurance but I stayed with them just because of her kindness and personality. This place is not worth going too!!!!. They messed up our policy which if I did not notice it we would of had my boyfriends fathers information. The woman never made sure anything was correct thankfully I see it and told them . I was up there 9 times in 2 weeks because these people don't know how to do there job. Was told we were going to get our refund back for cancel our policy early no refund we now owe the insurance company money BC they screwed our information up and I had everything with me that they needed that day. She did not put anything correct on our information so we now owe. I called numerous times and they say " oh everything is correct ' no it was not. The insurance we did have they Did not give us anything with it we had NOTHING covered . Im very thankful nothing happened to us during this month bc we had nothing covering our car or someone else if something happened.I will never use these people again. If you read this far please stay away from this place . When we went in there someone else flipped out on them too BC they messed up his stuff and called them a scam. Well I believe him now. Our now new insurance is so wonderful and we have everything covered and it is way cheaper than these people charge. We went with a whole new insurance agency. All 3 woman in this office was not/never helpful.
