Most unresponsive and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. In addition, their policies are extremely expensive. I had the unfortunate experience of being connected with them as a third-party provider of property insurance through Farmers. They offer no online account access, I highly don’t recommend. Beware that they have a penalty (short rate fund) for cancellation before the end of the policy date. Just to be done with them is almost worth this extra cost.

We started commercial insurance with this company back 3/31/2021 #99999 I would not recommend this company to anyone. Never received mail nor any emails regarding our policy the whole year, they canceled our policy because we didn't renew on 3/31/2022. Not one phone call, not one piece of mail not even a email. I can only imagine if someone had to file a claim. Stay away we will be reporting them to the BBB as well.
